Create An Account
To enjoy the benefits of our loyalty program, you will first need to create a personal account. It is free, fast and simple - creating an account requires you to fill in some basic account information to do so.
Just by signing up, we will give you 10 points to kick start your points total!
Purchase & Earn Points
Ensure that you are logged into your account prior to making any purchase order, and automatically you will be awarded with Loyalty Points with every order! Once these points have accumulated, you will be able to use them during future orders.
Earn 1 point for every $10 spent!
Redeem Your Points
You can use the points that you've accumulated for credit towards any of our retail products or even on upsells! You can then earn more points and use them again and the amount of savings you will achieve is endless!
There is no limit and your points will never expire!

1. How Can I Join IBS Clear's Loyalty Program?
You are part of our Loyalty Program from the moment you create an account with us. You will begin to earn points with every purchase you make (remember to log in BEFORE you order).
2. How Do I Redeem Loyalty Program Points?
Your Loyalty Points can be redeemed towards orders at any time. Your Loyalty Points will be available as an option to include at checkout. You can choose how many points you want to use with each order.
3. Do My Points Ever Expire?
No they do not. There is no time limit on your points, you can enjoy them whenever it suits you!
4. Where Can I See How Many Points I Have?
Log into your account. They will show up clearly next to your name on the top right of the page. Also, you are able to check them in your account under "My Reward Points".
5. What If I Forget My Password To Log Into My Account?
Select the "Forgot Password" option and follow the on screen instructions to reset.
